Information

ESP Twin Walled Latex Tubes provide the perfect solution when it comes to replacing your catapult elastic. Natural latex is unrivalled in its power and elasticity; however like all elastic products it has a limited lifespan and should be replaced regularly. These twin walled latex tubes offer the perfect replacement solution, as the double wall extends the lifespan of these elastics further than traditional single walled latex. This is because the inner tube is manufactured from completely natural latex, ensuring the elasticity of the product, whereas the outer tube has been finished with a black pigment. Not only does this black layer give the ESP Twin Walled Latex Tube a classic carpy finish, perfect for the modern carp angler, but it also prolongs the life of the tube. This is because it significantly reduces the rate of deterioration that the tube experiences when exposed to sunlight and UV, ensuring that this latex tube can last for significantly longer than other replacement elastic options.

The twin wall also gives a long acceleration, which is both steady and powerful. This allows you to achieve incredible distances with each shot, simultaneously restricts the spread of the product so you get a direct hit every time. ESP has designed these tubes to be extra long in length. This offers you maximum versatility, and you can either use the tubes at their full length or you can cut them to your perfect length. Although the ESP Twin Walled Latex Tubes have been designed to perfectly fit the complete range of ESP catapults, you can also cut the tubes in order to fit a wide variety of other catapults. This tube comes in packs of two, with each tube 15 inches in length (or 38cm in new money).

Catapults are one of the most popular bait distribution methods around. This is because it is one bait distribution tool that allows for the stealthy and accurate distribution to your swim, giving your fish the freebies they need to lure them in towards your hookbait. Causing less disturbance to the water than a spod rocket and ensuring greater accuracy than a throwing stick, catapults allow for the distribution of boilies, groundbait mixes, and everything in between.

ESP was established at the end of the last century. Its name derives from a quip made by Terry Hearn, who suggested he must have a sixth sense – or extra-sensory perception – when it came to catching those big and difficult to catch carp. The name stuck and the brand was born. ESP prides itself on the fact that every single product is made to specification – nothing is bought off the shelf – and all the tackle it produces are designed and moulded in-house. The same is true of these twin walled latex tubes. The ESP ethos means that quality of product is always put first. ESP is constructed from a team of anglers who understand the disappointment that can be felt when you arrive on the bank with a product that should be revolutionary, only to discover that its quality inhibits it ability. With names like Terry Hearn at the wheel, you can be confident that all of the products ESP creates are going to be of the quality that a professional angler demands.

ESP mainly produces terminal tackle items – focussing its design and production efforts on the business end of your carp fishing rig. However, the brand does also produce a range of other tackle items to ensure that you can enjoy a complete ESP setup. This range of tackle includes top quality luggage items, rods designed by Terry Hearn himself, and a full range of clothing to keep you warm no matter the weather.
